Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Summit Cobalt Construction Holdings is a Miami contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
