Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Amberfield Pike Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Tucson area, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
