Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak Pine Auto Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
