Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Portland, OR)

Foxglove Clear Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Portland, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Portland. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
