Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Pittsburgh, PA)

Foxglove Lantern Medical designs and makes medical devices in Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
