Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Basin Legal Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving court deadlines. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
