Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Phoenix, AZ)

Bright Granite Manufacturing Partners is a Phoenix manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
