Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Philadelphia, PA)

Nova Juniper Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 576 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification.
