Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Ridge Pharma develops and makes medicines in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving batch records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
