Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Sparrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing.
