Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Orlando, FL)

Nova Fern Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Orlando region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
