Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Orlando, FL)

Greenridge Granite Housing is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 670 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
