Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook Wren Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Orlando focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
