Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Orlando, FL)

Stonegate Corner Construction Associates builds commercial and industrial projects around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
