Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Orlando, FL)

Bright Harbor Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Orlando with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer programmes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
