Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Vale Pharma is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
