Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Maple Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Oklahoma City region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving candidate screening. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
