Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Quarry Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
