Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Lumen Field Staffing is a Oklahoma City staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving onboarding. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
