Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Keystone Facilities Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
