Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Summit Forge Freight and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
