Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Associates plans bus and rail service for cities around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
