Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Lantern Auto Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification.
