Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Iron Pharma develops and makes medicines in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
