Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield Meadow Community Partners is a Oklahoma City charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 800 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving donor records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
