Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove River Auto Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
