Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oakland, CA)

Stonegate Quarry Telecom is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
