Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (New Orleans, LA)

Highbridge Mill Transit Planning helps transport agencies around New Orleans design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
