Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (New Orleans, LA)

Westbrook Ivory Facilities is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving contractor visits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
