Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Juniper Arts Center is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 228 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving school partnerships. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with school partnerships.
