Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Sable Auto Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
