Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Miami, FL)

Nova Quarry Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Miami, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
