Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Memphis, TN)

Bluepeak Linden Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Memphis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
