Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Basin Facilities looks after properties across the Memphis region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supply orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
