Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Madison, WI)

Foxglove Loom Community Partners is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
