Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Orchard Hospitality is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
