Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Ridge Pharma is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
