Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Little Rock, AR)

Lumen Ivory Hospitality is a hospitality company in Little Rock with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
