Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Birch Environmental Services and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving landfill records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
