Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Little Rock, AR)

Stonegate Lakeside Facilities is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • PMP or CAPM certification.
