Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Westbrook Hollow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Las Vegas with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
