Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Cross Legal Group is a Knoxville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving document review. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
