Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Union Health Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
