Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Forge Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
