Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Willow Construction Partners delivers building projects for owners across the Kansas City region. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
