Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Hollow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Kansas City with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
