Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Kansas City, MO)

Redstone Field Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
