Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Quill Health is a healthcare provider in Jacksonville with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 421 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with referrals.
