Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

Bright North Construction is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
