Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Ashton Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Jackson, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
